An organisation’s external brand is only as good as the engagement of staff and the internal communications that drive this dynamic. In 2020, we were tasked with interpreting Power and Water's transformation strategy into a 'Strategic Narrative' that would explain a new operating model to all staff. At the core of our creative approach was an animated video that visually mapped where the organisation had come from, the complexities it was facing and the resulting shift in operations.
